How we ship
We ship within the United States, usually by UPS. The shipping cost is shown on your invoice before you pay.
When we ship
We ship after payment is received. The estimated ship date is stated on your invoice.
Tracking
We email you the tracking number and the item's test video when the order ships.
Damaged in transit
If a package arrives damaged, please keep the box and packing and email us photos within 5 days. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
