30-day functional warranty
Items we sell are covered for 30 days from delivery. If an item does not work as described, email us within 30 days with your invoice number and a short description or video of the problem. We will repair or replace the item, or refund your payment.
What is not covered
- Damage from incorrect installation, wiring, or use
- Compatibility with your equipment, unless we confirmed it in writing
- Normal wear on consumable parts
Returns
Because items are used or surplus, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. Returns are accepted if the item is not as described or does not work, as explained above.
